G2.030.304 and G2.030.305 are matched steel flanges for the ink unit of Heidelberg SX52, PM52 and SM52 offset presses, securing ink roller bearing blocks on both sides.
This set includes G2.030.304 and G2.030.305 steel flanges, installed as a left/right pair in the ink unit of Heidelberg Speedmaster SX52, PM52 and SM52 offset presses. They locate and secure the ink roller bearing blocks, maintaining correct roller alignment and nip pressure. Worn or bent flanges cause roller misalignment, ink streak marks, uneven ink density and premature bearing wear. This replacement pair is machined to original dimensions, direct fit. New, Made in China, sold as a pair
